If payment has been made for several participants at once, please attach a list of all participants.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

All cancellations of Congress registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Congressional Service, Studio Hrg. Cancellations received no later than August 01, 2010 will be refunded in full except VAT and  administrative fee of 10% after the Congress. Cancellations received after August 01, 2010 will not be refunded.
