INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING AND SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS

Participants who would like to present an oral or poster presentation should submit an abstract for consideration by the Scientific Committee. The abstracts should be submitted in Croatian or English. The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for an oral or poster presentation.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the Congressional Service Studio Hrg, and of all communications thereafter.

Oral or poster presentation is not possible if the registration fee has not been paid (invited speakers excluded).

Instructions for Writing Abstracts

- abstract should be written in Croatian or English
- abstract length: up to 350 words
- the name of the author who will present the paper should be capitalised
- author and co-author's last name and initials of the first name without titles
- author and co-author's name of institution, city and country
- author's e-mail address
- text of the abstract may contain: aim of the study, methods, results, and conclusion
- original abstracts will not be edited - linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
- previously published abstract will not be accepted
- accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

After receiving abstracts, the Scientific Committee will decide whether a submitted paper will be selected for oral or poster presentation.

Oral Presentation
 
- invited speakers: 15 minutes, discussion 5 minutes
- oral presentations: 10 minutes, discussion 5 minutes

Technical Equipment

- LCD projector 

Speakers are kindly asked to prepare their presentations at least one hour before their lecture in the preparation room and give them to the Congressional Service technician.
